Since 2010, our mission has been to bring employers and jobseekers together. In order to achieve this, we work tirelessly every single day in dealing with the huge challenges presented by the job market, one of the most challenging markets out there.
As an HR tech company located in the Upper Bavarian town of Kolbermoor, we are responsible, among other things, for developing software for regional job portals that we operate either ourselves or in collaboration with a regional publishing house.
The job market is undoubtedly subject to huge change at the moment. Digitisation, globalisation and a new shared understanding of values in terms of work mean that companies and HR departments in particular need to demonstrate much more initiative and strategic focus than they did 20 years ago. As a result, we are constantly thinking beyond the limits of traditional job and candidate seeking tasks, advising companies on the most suitable recruiting mix for them with our broad portfolio of products.
We manage to achieve this thanks to our friendly and highly motivated team, who are willing to learn something new and tackle the challenges posed by the job market every single day. Our modern open-plan offices and flat hierarchies create a unique working atmosphere for our team, who come to work every single day with enthusiasm and a clear vision to bring employers and jobseekers together.
